Product Manager - Digital Advisor

Leading the long-term strategy and vision for the Digital Advisor Experience Practice Development, the full-time Manager, Product - Digital Advisor will oversee product discovery, manage a high-performing team, and ensure effective delivery of product improvements while collaborating across disciplines in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute a compelling product strategy aligned with business objectives and advisor outcomes Lead team collaboration to prioritize product roadmaps and releases, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy Engage with advisors to identify needs and translate them into tested product hypotheses for solution development Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 10+ years of relevant business experience, including roles as a product manager or product owner Strong understanding of Agile Product Management and iterative development processes Expertise in stakeholder management, market and user research, and technology management Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
