Product Growth Manager

About the Role

Build the creator-side growth function for a consumer gaming platform with a two-sided marketplace. You will own the creator journey from first visit to first published game, working as a hands-on individual contributor alongside the player-side growth lead.

What You'll Do

• Identify high-impact opportunities across the creator journey and ship experiments that improve key growth metrics.

• Create prototypes and mockups to test ideas quickly, then partner with front-end engineers to bring successful concepts into production.

• Analyze product data, run A/B tests, and turn user behavior into strategies for creator acquisition and engagement.

• Gather feedback from creators in the community and use it to guide product iterations.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data partners to shape the roadmap and establish scalable growth practices.

What We're Looking For

• Two to four years of experience as a product manager or growth product manager for a consumer product.

• Experience owning acquisition, activation, or retention, and personally running experiments with measurable results.

• Strong data analysis skills, including familiarity with SQL, Python, product analytics tools, and A/B testing.

• A hands-on approach to building or prototyping, such as scripting, side projects, or AI-assisted development tools.

• Technical product management experience, strong computer science fundamentals, and experience working with creator products, games, user-generated content, or marketplaces.

• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, collaborative environment as an individual contributor.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $165,000 to $250,000 annually. Employer visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Los Altos, California, four days per week.
