Your responsibilities include managing appointments, resolving client issues, and upholding our commitment to "Service that's Revolutionary." You maintain accurate records in our CRM, assist with billing, follow up on warranties, and check service satisfaction. At Colonial Plumbing Heating Air, we genuinely value our team members, ensuring that everyone feels recognized and valued.WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A CUSTOMER RELATIONS COORDINATOR?We're looking for someone who can work Monday-Friday from 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am-5 pm, with occasional overtime requirements, while meeting the following qualifications:High school diploma or GEDComfortable using Microsoft Office and client relationship management platformsProfessional phone etiquette and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and listening skills with a client-first mindsetPositive, energetic, and teachable attitude; thrives in a collaborative environmentStrong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detailAbility to communicate in English, verbally and in writingAbility to uphold Colonial's values in all client interactionsAbility to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds1+ years of experience in customer service is preferredReady to launch your career as a Customer Relations Coordinator with a company that puts its people first?
