A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to lead perioperative operations and strategic initiatives. This leadership role oversees surgical departments, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for surgical and perioperative departments
- Oversee staffing, budgeting, and operational workflows
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Collaborate with medical staff and hospital leadership
- Develop policies and operational best practices
- Support staff development and performance management
Qualifications
- RN license (preferred)
- Experience in surgical services leadership
- Strong operational and clinical management skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality metrics
