About the Role:

As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting our dietary staff in preparing and serving meals to our patients and residents. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients

• Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of patient meals and snacks

• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards

• Collaborating with our dietary team to develop and implement creative and delicious meal plans

• Providing exceptional customer service to our patients, residents, and families

Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and presentation

• Maintain accurate records of patient meal intake and preferences

• Participate in food safety and sanitation procedures

• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, residents, and families

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in a healthcare or food service setting preferred

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
