The Product Lead is responsible for delivering enterprise data products, data warehouse solutions, and system integrations, ensuring trusted, scalable, and business-aligned data capabilities. The role bridges business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating product strategy into actionable requirements and successful delivery outcomes. Location Miami, Florida with 4 days in office requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog for: Data Products Data Pipelines Data Warehouse Solutions System Integrations
• Convert product roadmaps into: User Stories Data Requirements Acceptance Criteria Data Models & Transformations
• Partner with Engineering, QA, and Business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Define and maintain: Data Definitions Data Lineage Business Rules Data Quality Standards
• Support data validation, testing, UAT, releases, and post-production monitoring.
• Ensure seamless integration and data flow across upstream and downstream systems.
• Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and business impacts.
• Drive continuous improvement through usage insights and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, security, and regulatory standards.

Required Experience:

• 7+ years in: Product Management Data Product Delivery Business Analysis Data & Analytics Programs
• Experience with: Data Warehouses Data Pipelines System Integrations Agile Delivery Backlog Management
• Strong experience translating business needs into technical and data requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Cloud Data Platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, etc.)
• ETL/ELT Processes Data Integration Tools Data Governance Metadata & Lineage Management Modern Data Stack Technologies

A Data Product Lead/Product Owner with strong experience in data warehousing, integrations, analytics platforms, agile delivery, and stakeholder management, capable of driving end-to-end delivery of enterprise data products while ensuring data quality, governance, and business value.

Product Owners balance business strategy, user needs and development. Capgemini Product Owners often operate in a proxy role for the client. They communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap; create and continually refine a backlog and help the team prioritise work that delivers the most value. They continuously explore, innovate and experiment to bring new ideas to the product. They motivate the team to release, inspect and adapt a constant flow of features, ensuring that the product remains usable, valuable and feasible.

Job Description - Grade Specific:

Provides product ownership for a product through the full product lifecycle. Provides guidance on methods and leads practices for developing user stories. Advises the client about the product direction and development lifecycle. Manages the involvement of stakeholders and keeps them engaged.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $150,353 to $157,278. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
