With full-service repair facilities, a growing mobile service operation, and continued expansion into new markets, we're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team at our Greensboro, NC Headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site position. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, pays attention to the details, and follows through. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle accounts payable from invoice receipt through payment. Review, code, enter, and match vendor invoices with supporting documentation. Process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers accurately and timely. Reconcile vendor statements and research invoice and payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9s and payment information. Monitor outstanding invoices and help ensure timely vendor payments. Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, audits, and other accounting activities. Partner with Operations and other departments to resolve issues and improve AP processes. Cross-train in other accounting functions and support the Accounting team as business needs require. What We're Looking For 1-3 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience preferred. Working knowledge of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles. Experience or knowledge of accounts receivable, billing, reconciliations, or other accounting functions is a plus. Experience with ERP or accounting software; Karmak experience is a plus. Experience with AP automation or workflow systems is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Willingness to learn, cross-train, and support the Accounting team when needed.
