Have a year or two of sales or customer service experience and want to take the next step? Join Propper's sales team and gain hands-on experience supporting retail partners, coordinating trade shows, and helping grow our business.
We're looking for someone who brings initiative, curiosity, and strong follow-through. If you enjoy connecting with customers, keeping projects organized, and jumping in where needed, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Support sales initiatives for dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Help coordinate retail displays, promotional materials, and sample orders.
- Assist with trade shows and customer events, including preparation, setup, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer records, product information, and resources in our CRM and B2B portal.
- Coordinate price-list updates and support online marketplace listings.
- Answer customer questions, resolve account issues, and support sales-team projects.
What You Bring
- Approximately 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, sales support, or account coordination. Relevant internships and part-time experience are welcome.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn new products and systems, welcome feedback, and take ownership of assignments.
- Ability to work fully on-site in St. Charles and travel approximately 30%.
Experience with apparel, uniforms, sporting goods, promotional products, CRM systems, or event coordination is a plus.
