We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a broad range of people operations in St. Paul, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can balance employee support, HR administration, benefits coordination, and technical recruiting activities in a fast-paced environment. The role will partner with leadership and staff to promote consistent HR practices, strengthen workplace relationships, and ensure smooth onboarding and day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Guide managers and employees on workplace concerns, helping resolve employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment.

• Oversee core HR administrative processes, including employee records, policy documentation, compliance tracking, and routine personnel updates.

• Coordinate benefits-related activities by supporting enrollments, answering employee questions, and working with vendors to address issues effectively.

• Manage onboarding activities for new hires to create an organized and positive start, including paperwork completion, orientation support, and process follow-through.

• Support recruiting efforts for technical and other business roles by partnering with hiring teams, coordinating interviews, and helping move candidates through the hiring process.

• Use Bamboo and related HR tools to maintain accurate data, generate reports, and improve visibility into workforce information.

• Collaborate with leadership to apply HR policies consistently and recommend practical solutions that support business and employee needs.

• Contribute to HR process updates and operational improvements, including any system-related changes, while maintaining continuity for employees and managers.

• Demonstrated experience in human resources management with strong capability in employee relations and HR administration.

• Working knowledge of benefits processes, including employee support, enrollments, and issue resolution.

• Experience leading or supporting onboarding programs and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

• Background in tech recruiting, including coordination or delivery of recruitment activities for technical positions.

• Proficiency with Bamboo and comfort using HR systems for documentation, reporting, and process management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and external partners.
