Automation Technician - Manufacturing/Robotics

Role Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot & optimize molding/assembly automation systems (robots, conveyors, sensors). Ensure smooth production, continuous improvement, and compliance in medical device manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot automation (robots, conveyors, sensors, pneumatics, electrical)
- Program robots (Sepro, Fanuc, Yushin, Wittmann)
- Preventive maintenance & corrective repairs
- Process support for mold trials & new launches
- Safety compliance (ISO, FDA, GMP)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Tech cert/Assoc. in Mechatronics preferred)
- 2+ years in molding/assembly automation
- Hands‑on robot programming & troubleshooting
- Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, schematics
- Strong problem‑solving & communication skills
