Director of Product Development - Dietary/Supplements

Featured in Harper Bazaar, Glamour, Forbes, Town & Country and Marie Claire and sold in Nordstrom, Macy's, Bloomingdales and Babylist. Role Description We are looking for a Director of Product Development to lead our new product initiatives. In this role, you'll drive innovation, formulation, and ensuring seamless launches for new products, playing a key part in shaping our product strategy. Key Responsibilities Bring innovative product ideas to life, from concept to production. Identify new product opportunities, analyze industry trends, and get manufacturers/vendors for ingredients and formulations. Lead the formulation and development of new products. Identify and collaborate with diverse R&D suppliers and partners to bring in new ingredients, delivery formats, and emerging technologies. Manage product specifications throughout the lifecycle, ensuring scientific accuracy, inclusivity in formulation, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in dietary supplement R&D, product development, or formulation. Strong understanding of nutrition science and ingredient interactions for optimal effectiveness.
