The Company is in search of a Vice President of Development to spearhead the strategic, performance, and growth aspects of its Development team. This dual-role position encompasses both frontline fundraising and leadership, with a focus on managing a personal portfolio of principal and major gift prospects, as well as personally soliciting and closing six- and seven-figure gifts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for setting the standard for a high-performing team, partnering with the Executive Team, and owning the Development team's structure, staffing, goals, budget, and data-driven strategy. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Development role at the company is an experienced major gift fundraiser with a proven track record of team leadership.
