About the role This is a dedicated social media role with the primary objective of maintaining and growing engaged communities for diamond lovers in the USA. What you’ll do Monitor and manage social media discussion threads across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit etc.) Engage with community in an appropriate tone—answering questions, and sparking deeper conversations. Identify and respond to opportunities for deeper engagement (e.g., users asking for advice, clarification, or product information). Flag trending topics, FAQs, or sensitive comments to the content teams. Track engagement metrics and community sentiment to help inform content and strategy. Stay up to date on diamond/jewelry trends and relevant news to ensure timely and relevant responses. About you Proven experience managing social media or online communities—either in-house, at an agency, or freelance. Strong written communication skills with an adaptable, on‑brand tone of voice. Interest in (or knowledge of) diamonds, fine jewelry, or luxury lifestyle content. Comfortable navigating social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok comments, Sprout, or similar). Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines. Availability to monitor platforms and respond within agreed‑upon windows (some evening or weekend flexibility may be needed). Experience in rigorous reporting and capturing insights into project progress.
