Location: Sarasota, FL

Shift: 2nd Shift

Pay: $18-20/hr depending on experience (Pay increases could be available after 90 days)

Position Summary

We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-moving distribution environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, helping ensure customers receive the right products on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick orders using pick tickets, scanners, or warehouse systems
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit
• Verify product accuracy, quantities, and condition before shipment
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.)
• Label, stage, and prepare outgoing shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order picking experience preferred
• Ability to work on your feet and stay active throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable with a solid work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and on a team

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with inventory systems or handheld scanners
• Experience handling parts, equipment, or industrial products
• Basic knowledge of warehouse organization and logistics

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Sarasota, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
