Transportation Driver

Location: Parker, CO Company: To The Rescue Schedule: Monday - Friday | Part-Time Shifts Available | Flexible Scheduling Pay: $17-$20 per hour | Based on Relevant Experience

Help individuals with disabilities safely get to and from services, activities, and appointments throughout the Parker, Colorado and nearby area.

About the Role

To The Rescue is hiring Transportation Drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation for individuals with disabilities in the community.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and interacting with people in a positive and supportive environment. Many drivers enjoy this role as either steady full-time work or a flexible part-time opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport individuals to appointments, services, and activities
• Assist passengers with wheelchairs, walkers, and personal belongings as needed
• Ensure passengers are safely loaded and unloaded
• Maintain a professional and respectful environment
• Complete basic transportation documentation and communicate with team members as needed

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable assisting individuals with varying needs
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Comfortable using a tablet-based routing system for daily routes and documentation

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance
• Must meet all applicable DOT and company requirements to operate company vehicles.
