Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianSaddleworth Green is a 480-unit secluded community located near Paddock Park in Ocala, FL. This community offers residents exclusive access to onsite amenities, such as a 24-hour fitness center, a pet park, two resort-style swimming pools, and an outdoor kitchen.Northland is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to complete maintenance service requests and work orders including, but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping items. This role will also complete apartments turnovers for scheduled move-ins in a timely manner while working safely and efficiently.Northland's maintenance team always maintains the highest level of professionalism and customer service when working with our residents, vendors, and guests.
