DN is looking to add a  Temporary Construction Administrator to provide administrative support to the Construction & Operations teams. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for supporting traveling field workers as they travel to and from project sites. This role will reside in our Wakefield, MA office and is expected to last around 4-6 months.

• Provide administrative support to the Operations team, ensuring smooth coordination across all tasks and responsibilities.
• Organize and schedule Superintendent planning and recap meetings, coordinating all participants and managing any associated travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and own scheduling of travel arrangements and accommodations for Field Personnel, adhering to DN travel policy.
• Schedule Weekly Operations Meetings, Bi-monthly Department meetings and occasional regional seminars.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work 8-5 Monday through Friday

This is our good faith estimate of the base salary compensation range for this opportunity. Individual pay decisions will vary based upon the experience and qualifications of the applicant. This range is based on market rates and determined by considering many factors such as external market salary survey data, internal data for comparable roles, and the operational and budgetary objectives of the company.
