Upscale Home Care - HR Specialist Location: Phoenix, AZ Company: Upscale Home Care Job Summary Upscale Home Care is seeking a highly motivated and outgoing, organized HR Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As an HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's growth and development by recruiting, hiring and onboarding skilled caregivers to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail and understand people well, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Responsibilities Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit caregivers by posting job ads, screening applicants, and giving interviews. Employee Onboarding: Effectively onboard new hires to ensure they feel welcome and prepared for their role. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and performance reviews. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state labor laws, as well as company policies and procedures. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
