This is not a solo role —you’ll be part of a dedicated maintenance team that supports one another and the entire operation. With a mix of legacy equipment and several brand-new machines , this role offers great variety and the opportunity to work with evolving technology. What You’ll Do Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, saws, sanders, and finishing equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime Complete preventative maintenance tasks and maintain accurate records Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements across a 170,000 sq. ft. operation Partner with production teams to identify and solve recurring issues Support a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment What We’re Looking For 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical systems Experience with woodworking or cabinet manufacturing equipment is a plus Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed What We Offer Stable, team-oriented workplace with a strong culture Opportunities to grow your skills and take on new challenges Benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match 10 Holidays Paid Time Off A company that values craftsmanship, quality, and its people If you’re ready to bring your skills to a company that takes pride in creating exceptional, custom products—and values the people who make it happen—we’d love to hear from you.
