In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational integrity and reliability of critical data center infrastructure systems that power the world's largest cloud computing platform.Key job responsibilities- Operate and maintain critical data center infrastructure including electrical, mechanical, and control systems to ensure maximum uptime and availability- Perform root cause analysis on infrastructure failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all data center critical systems- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and construction teams to support capacity delivery and infrastructure improvements- Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency operating procedures (EOPs) for infrastructure systems- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, efficiency, and safety across the data center portfolio- Support commissioning and validation activities for new infrastructure deployments and upgrades- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharingAbout the team*Why AWS*Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
