Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Position

Above and Beyond Therapy is looking for exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. We serve families across Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Utah, offering full‑time and part‑time opportunities. Sign‑on and relocation bonuses are available. Responsibilities Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments. Design treatment plans of care. Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians. Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual. Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians. Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations. Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries. Requirements Valid BCBA Certificate. Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
