We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping & Packaging Associate to join our team in Milford, CT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are packaged securely and shipped out on time. ## Responsibilities
Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Label packages and maintain accurate shipping records.
Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals.
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality assurance.
Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in shipping, packaging, or warehouse operations preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and tracking shipments.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.
