School Paraprofessional/Teacher 's Aide (Actively Hiring!)

Responsibilities

Assist teachers with classroom instruction and activities
Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with diverse learning needs
Prepare and organize classroom materials
Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions
Support behavior management strategies and reinforce positive behavior
Promote respect, inclusion, and engagement in the classroom

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or related certification preferred)
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, adaptable, and proactive attitude
Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
