Medical Nutrition Therapy and other related courses.Minimum Qualifications - M.S. in Food in Nutrition, Nutrition Education or Clinical Nutrition required. Experience in Clinical Nutrition or Food Service Industry a plus. Experience in teaching college level courses preferred.
