Project Manager - Southwest Region - US Remote

Project Manager – Mobile Video Solutions Location: Remote – Texas or Oklahoma (travel 50-75%). Travel required 50-75%. Job type: Experienced, Referral Payment Plan, No relocation. Job Summary Responsible for implementing Mobile Video solutions, leading project teams, delivering scope on schedule and budget, maintaining customer satisfaction, and managing pre‑tax profit for projects. Responsibilities Direct and coordinate work activities of the project team. Act as focal point for all aspects of assigned project(s) and deliver contractual scope on schedule and within budget. Use PM tools (schedule, critical path analysis, budget, change order, risk assessment, action item log) to analyze issues and develop resolutions. Allocate resources to meet project objectives, corporate financial and customer satisfaction goals. Communicate directly with customer organization and senior stakeholders, conducting project reviews throughout the project life. Manage overall pre‑tax profit of all projects. Contribute to development of project plan and fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives. Prepare status reports for upper management. Qualifications High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, IT, Management, or Technology. Mid‑level Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Product Management. Knowledge of PMBOK, PRINCE2, or another project management standard; firm understanding of at least one major project phase. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. PMP certification highly desired. Experience with mobile video technology, wireless/LTE infrastructure, evidence management software, or related workflow. Self‑motivated team player capable of working effectively with general guidance toward objectives. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; no work‑permit sponsorship available. Ability to pass a stringent fingerprint background check under CJIS Security Policy. Travel Requirements 50–75% travel; candidates must be located in Texas or Oklahoma. Compensation Target base salary range: $75,000–$85,000 USD.
