Senior Concrete Estimator

We are looking for a full‑time Senior Concrete Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete projects, conduct takeoffs and pricing, evaluate project plans and specifications, visit project sites to understand site conditions and limitations, and collaborate with team members to build comprehensive estimates. Locations include Phoenix, AZ; Saint George, UT; North Salt Lake City, UT; Vernal, UT; and Boise, ID. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $198,000 annually, paid weekly. Eligible benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with a match, and paid time off (PTO). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or equivalent construction experience. 5–10 years of experience as an estimator for concrete projects. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and owners. Willingness to learn estimating processes, including bid invitations, takeoffs, estimating software, plan and specification review. Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, TBC, Agtek, and Estimate (B2W). Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. We do not sponsor employment visas.
