Mechanic Team Leader

Mechanic Team Leader – ManpowerGroup Greece, CROWN HELLAS Location: Corinthos Reporting to: Production Manager Responsibilities Leads and supervises the Mechanical Operators, ensuring smooth machine operation and consistent adherence to production standards. Oversees the setup, adjustment, and preparation of production machines, ensuring procedures are followed correctly and efficiently. Monitors machine performance and productivity, identifying issues, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring minimal downtime. Coordinates and verifies quality control checks, ensuring accurate recording of observations and compliance with specifications. Supervises raw material inspections, ensuring correct handling, usage, and documentation. Guides the team in performing basic tasks, supporting troubleshooting and escalating complex technical issues when needed. Plans and organizes shift schedules, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of production activities. Trains, mentors, and supports operators, promoting skill development, safety awareness, and adherence to operational procedures. Ensures full compliance with workplace health & safety rules, actively promoting a safe and responsible work culture. Collaborates with Production and Maintenance departments to resolve problems quickly and optimize machine performance. Maintains accurate logs and production reports, documenting machine status, quality checks, incidents, and shift activities. Candidate Profile Graduate from a Technical Institute (TEI/IEK) or other accredited technical schools. Proven experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of industrial equipment and automation systems. Excellent computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems, production monitoring tools). Fluency in English (written and spoken).
