Overview Job Title: Licensed Clinical Psychologist – VA Compensation & Pension Evaluations We are an independent contractor organization dedicated to nurturing the growth of our employees and providing the highest quality of care to our clients. This role involves conducting VA Compensation & Pension (C&P) evaluations for Veterans. The position focuses on non-treatment, non-therapeutic evaluations, documentation and assessment. Responsibilities Conduct structured psychological evaluations for Veterans based on VA guidelines. Utilize Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) and standardized assessment tools. Gather relevant history through focused, objective interviews. Provide objective reporting and document findings clearly in VA-required formats. Maintain factual, unbiased assessments without influencing outcomes. Complete and submit reports within required timeframes. Maintain strict boundaries between evaluation and clinical care – no diagnosing for treatment, therapy, or medication management. Qualifications PhD from an APA‑accredited program in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology. Active psychologist license. Strong report‑writing and documentation skills. Ability to follow structured evaluation protocols. Compensation & Structure 1099 Independent Contractor Position. $125 – $210 per evaluation. Flexible scheduling. Telehealth and in‑person opportunities available. Ideal Candidate Detail‑oriented and efficient. Comfortable with structured, fact‑based evaluations. Able to maintain objectivity and neutrality.
