About the Role HOPE Therapeutics is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our Sarasota clinic as a full-time psychotherapist. This is an opportunity to practice in a truly integrated psychiatric setting — where therapy isn't an add-on, but a core pillar of patient care. At HOPE Sarasota, you'll work alongside psychiatrists, a PMHNP, and clinical support staff to deliver coordinated, whole-patient care for individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and related conditions. Many of our patients are navigating complex, treatment-resistant presentations, and the therapeutic relationship is central to their outcomes — especially for those undergoing TMS or ketamine-based therapies where integration and support are critical. This is a ground-floor role at a clinic that is just launching, with the infrastructure and clinical standards of an established multi-site organization behind it. The ideal candidate is a skilled, empathic clinician who is energized by collaborative care, curious about interventional psychiatry, and ready to help build something meaningful in the Sarasota community. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and related conditions using evidence-based modalities Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and the PMHNP on treatment planning, care coordination, and shared patient management Support patients undergoing TMS and ketamine-based therapies with psychotherapeutic integration and ongoing therapeutic support Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and contribute to comprehensive treatment plans Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation consistent with HOPE standards and insurance requirements Participate in clinical team meetings and case discussions Build relationships with referring providers and community mental health resources to support continuity of care Contribute to clinic development, workflow refinement, and culture as an early team member Qualifications Active Florida LCSW/LMHC license in good standing, or ability to obtain within 90 days Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Experience providing individual psychotherapy in an outpatient or clinical setting Proficiency in at least one evidence-based modality — CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or similar Experience working with complex, treatment-resistant, or high-acuity psychiatric populations preferred Comfort working in a psychiatry-integrated, multidisciplinary team environment Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Interest in interventional psychiatry and neuroplastic treatment modalities a plus Collaborative, patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills Pay range and compensation package Flexible engagement structure based on candidate preference and scope.
