Territory Specialist

Overview Inside Territory Specialist Ameristar Perimeter Security, an ASSA ABLOY branded company is looking for a Territory Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for handling all customer‑relations including processing sales orders, providing timely quotations, order follow up which may include truckload management, and extended customer service within the inside sales team. Responsibilities Enter and maintain sales orders and quotes in ERP. Review customer purchase orders for accuracy. Communicate with customers regarding all aspects of quotes and purchase orders. Maintain customer shipment schedule. Use CRM software to log notes and relevant customer information regarding on‑going construction and jobsite projects. Be team oriented and personally motivated for success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of education and experience in a sales & service oriented role. Clear understanding of the sales processes required for success. Previous experience in a sales & service oriented role is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint. Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers while working comfortably in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi‑task. Strong phone skills and bi‑lingual Spanish is a plus. Must be able to prioritize duties and manage time effectively. Location: Tulsa, OK.
