Shift Manager

We are looking for a Shift Manager to lead daily operations at our independently owned, McDonald’s franchise restaurant in Lawrenceville, GA. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all hiring, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Responsibilities Ensure food safety and quality standards are met. Communicate effectively across teams. Manage inventory levels and supplies. Maintain daily maintenance and cleanliness. Lead and support the crew. Deliver exceptional customer service. Maintain safety and security during shifts. Schedule crew members. Provide training and coaching. Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older to manage in a corporate‑owned restaurant. Candidates should be positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
