Compensation and Bonus Structure Base salary from $92,000 to $127,000 annually. Uncapped performance bonuses. Mentorship and certification bonuses for supervising trainees and therapists. Sign on bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Relocation package available. 401(k) with company match.
