Philip Edward Salon & Luxury Day Spa is an established, salon in the heart of Charlestown, featuring a newly expanded luxury spa and a loyal, growing clientele. We’re seeking an experienced stylist who is passionate about lived-in color, dimensional blondes, balayage, and creating healthy, beautiful hair that lasts.
Whether you’re looking to grow your existing clientele or build a thriving book in a busy, high-demand salon, you’ll enjoy consistent new client opportunities, strong marketing support, and a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do
- Specialize in lived-in blondes, balayage, dimensional color, highlights, glossing, and precision cutting.
- Provide customized consultations and create long-term color maintenance plans.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences that build lasting relationships and client loyalty.
- Stay current with advanced coloring techniques and industry trends.
- Recommend professional home care to support the longevity and health of every service.
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Cosmetology License.
- 3+ years Behind the chair experience required..
- Passion for lived-in color, blonding, balayage, and healthy hair practices.
- Strong consultation and communication skills.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire for continued education and growth.
