Strong skills in stakeholder management and driving organization‑level decisions with advanced analytics and experimentation. Deep understanding of customer needs through design thinking, journey mapping, and data interpretation. Ability to manage complex product launches, risk mitigation, and long‑term product optimization. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area. 8+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer‑facing, large‑scale, complex B2B/C products. Supervisor or team‑lead experience. Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of WCAG2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility.
