Compensation and Bonus Structure Total compensation package ranges from $84,000 to $117,670 annually. You can earn additional bonuses based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees. Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly performance bonuses (uncapped). Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship bonuses for supervising RBTs pursuing Master’s in ABA. Certification bonuses for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation packages available. 401(k) with company match. Scheduling and Work‑Life Balance Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month plus up to 16 assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Schedule: Monday‑Friday, daytime hours. Almost 30 days off in year one (holidays, PTO, CEU days, flex days). Manageable caseloads: up to 8 children. No non‑compete clauses. Career Growth & Leadership Tracks Center leadership path: BCBA > Sr. BCBA > Assistant Clinical Director > Clinical Director > Sr. Clinical Director > Group Clinical Director > Regional Clinical Director. Training & Development: Participation in Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training. Research & Innovation: Collaboration with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute. Clinical Guidance: BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board. Education and Support Continuing education: 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds for additional training, 2 paid days off for CEU events.
