Maintenance Manager

Maintenance ManagerAramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Maintenance Manager position at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, located in Philadelphia, PA. This position will support our Facility Operations and will be responsible for supervising all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services; HVAC, Boiler house and day to day trades and general maintenance. Manages hourly associates and helps leadership plan, administer and direct all activities, ensuring compliance with the standards established by Aramark and the client. Focuses on meeting and exceeding operating goals, client objectives and customer needs, and delivering the services Aramark is contracted to provide. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach to Plant Operations & Maintenance (POM) management.
