This key role involves leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure financial integrity, operational excellence, and efficiency, all in alignment with the organization's mission and long-term goals. The CFOO will also be involved in team leadership and development, championing a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth. Candidates for the CFOO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA strongly preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience, particularly in the nonprofit sector. The role requires a results-oriented individual with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, who is adept at working with cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
