Senior Commercial Underwriting Counsel—Real Estate Title

First American Group

First American is seeking a Commercial Underwriting Counsel to support underwriting for real estate title insurance commitments and policies. This role requires extensive title underwriting experience, a law degree, and an active license to practice in the relevant state.

The candidate will apply underwriting standards, advise on settlement services, and shape underwriting guidelines within approved authority.
