Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$1591.20/week - Job Summary: Seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced adult ER environment. These travel positions offer an excellent opportunity to enhance clinical skills and contribute to patient recovery. Responsibilities: Assess patient needs upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity levels. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders. Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, promptly reporting changes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in electronic health records. Maintain a safe and sterile environment, adhering to infection control protocols. Qualifications: Valid RN license with current state licensure. Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and handle multiple priorities.
