Position: Founding Engineer
\nLocation: New York City – Onsite, 5 days/week
\nEmployment: Full-time
\nWork Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
\n \nRole Overview : As one of the earliest engineers, you’ll help build an AI-native enterprise platform from the ground up and have significant ownership across product, architecture, engineering practices, and customer deployments.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n• Build customer-facing products across the full stack
\n• Develop backend systems, data pipelines, extraction workflows, and integrations
\n• Build frontend applications using TypeScript
\n• Work directly with enterprise customers
\n• Own projects from technical design through production deployment
\n• Establish engineering standards and architecture
\n• Use AI-assisted development tools and workflows
\n• Debug complex production and distributed-system issues
\n \nRequired Skills
\n• 3+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience
\n• Strong customer-facing product development experience
\n• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Rust
\n• Strong TypeScript experience
\n• Experience with data pipelines, extraction systems, integrations, or data-intensive applications
\n• Ability to independently design and execute technical solutions
\n• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools
\n• Willingness to work 5 days/week onsite in NYC
\n \nPreferred : Startup experience, AI agents/autonomous systems, payment systems, GCP/Terraform, enterprise customer experience, and strong distributed-systems debugging skills.
