The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving sales and meeting company performance goals. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, executing sales strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize productivity and support business growth is also a critical component of this role.
