Electrician Apprentice

Brief Description The Electrician Apprentice reports indirectly to the Electrical Superintendent, directly to the Electrician Journeyman and supports the Journeyman in the installation, maintenance, operation and repair of electrical systems by handling tools, testing malfunctioning equipment and identifying defects. The incumbent is responsible for completing electrical wiring tasks, alignment adjustments and calibration of equipment following manuals, schematics, drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and code. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Basic knowledge of electrical systems and equipment Basic knowledge and experience use of power tools, electrical equipment and construction equipment.
