Your Specific Duties as a Shift Manager Will Include: Supervising shifts with a focus on quality, service, and profitability. Coordinating staff training and ensuring safety and security measures. Maintaining a harmonious working relationship between management and crew. Controlling payroll and inventory to meet company standards. Ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. Maintaining building and equipment through proper procedures. Handling cash responsibilities for the shift. Upholding sanitation, safety, and security policies. Exhibiting behaviors that align with RMC’s Mission Statement and Values. Performing other tasks as directed.
