Retail Sales Associate - Entry Level - Gain Sales Experience!
We’re hiring a Retail Sales Associate to help us deliver exceptional sales and service and grow customer loyalty. This is a great fit for someone who loves talking to people face-to-face, solving problems, tracking details, and building trust with every interaction.
Your Impact:
Consult with new customers in-store and recommend the best home energy solutions, and help customers open new accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for questions and solutions on energy inquiries
Track and update account information using our CRM system
Work with the team to find ways to improve customer experience
