You will have a defined long-term career path and your Performance Counselor will help guide you in your Baker Tilly career.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree within business, finance, accounting, or public administration, MBA/MPA desirable but not a requirement.Five (5) plus years of progressive related consulting experience, including at least one (1) year serving as a project manager in managing similarly sized projects as describedKnowledge of public sector operations broadly, specific knowledge or experience in a public sector setting - state or local government, public utility, and K-12 schools.Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required.Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties.The pay range for this position is $66,000 to $182,200. This range represents a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation the firm expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of relevant factors, including an applicant’s skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
