Senior Director of Program Design & Scale

Braven

Braven is seeking a Head of Program Design to lead the evolution and integrity of its program experiences. This hybrid position focuses on crafting engaging learning experiences for students and volunteers. You will ensure high-quality standards, manage a design team, and translate research into actionable design improvements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in learning design and team management. This role is part of the Product team and will contribute significantly to Braven's mission of empowering first-generation college students to achieve successful career transitions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Braven
