Exciting Generalist OB-GYN Opportunities

We invite you to consider rewarding Generalist OB-GYN positions within a dynamic, physician-led healthcare organization. Our OB-GYN team comprises a committed group of 42 OB-GYNs and 27 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), delivering comprehensive care in outpatient settings, performing gynecologic surgeries, and assisting in the delivery of around 4,100 babies each year across our multi-hospital network. Physicians benefit from continuity of care in a practice-focused environment, with 24/7 support from our experienced OBGYN Hospitalist team. • Buena Ventura Lakes and Hunters Creek - bilingual in Spanish required
• Winter Park

• Horizon West
• Additional locations will be added as we expand!

Practice Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with operating room time included. Part-time options available (3-day workweek).
• Call Support: Enjoy your nights, weekends, and holidays off, thanks to our 24/7 OBGYN Hospitalist team. Minimal call is anticipated for our Generalist OB-GYN team.
• Hospital Coverage: Coverage at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, South Lake Hospital, or Lake Mary Hospital, depending on clinic location.
• Team Support: Medical Assistants, front office personnel, and APP/CNM support will be available once established.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Year 1 Base Salary: $350,000
• Starting Bonus: $75,000
• Quality Bonus and Productivity Incentives
• Annual CME Stipend: $5,750

Qualifications:

• MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) equivalent.
• Completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited residency program.
• Unrestricted Florida medical license (or the ability to obtain one) and DEA registration.
