Long term, the candidate will work with partners to ensure that we continue to iterate on our MVP solution and continue to build capabilities for our contact center team.Role Description:Gathers and documents functional and technical specification requirements of existing and future business processes using different methodologies such as flow diagrams, use casesFacilitates backlog grooming and prioritizationFacilitates identifying and documents: dependencies, solution decisions, and security and privacy recommendationsAlign with Program, Product and business stakeholders on delivery scope and sequencing recommendationsUtilizes artifacts such as JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to document and Working closely with our technology team to obtain or aid with bugs and issue tracking Acts as subject matter expert of business processes and systems flow within a functional areaProvide as needed support for troubleshooting and remediation of technical issuesWork closely with UI/UX team to develop concepts that address core functionalities & best practicesWork closely with the Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate new features & enhancements
