Job Summary Description:

We are seeking a dedicated, team oriented, driven, and efficient Associate Project Manager to join the PURIS Team. The role entails working with the Project Manager and/or Superintendent to plan, coordinate, execute, and track all aspects of the project work.

Essential Job Accountabilities:

• Assist in the strategic planning of upcoming projects.
• Help coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Review of work plans and contribute ideas for cutting costs.
• Carry out weekly and daily operational reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
• Facilitate communications between office and field staff.
• Track and directly report project status updates to project manager.
• Help problem solve issues and suggest ways to improve the project.
• Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with contract specifications.
• Help create, manage, and maintain project budget.
• Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks.
• Help create and adhere to project timeline and calendar.
• Consult with and gather information from inspectors, engineers, subcontractors, etc.
• Maintain positive vendor and client relationships.
• Ensure project adheres to set schedule and is meeting goals of the client.
• Copy TV reports and create labels for DVDs and DVD case and prepare TV reports.
• Prepare contract to be closed out with all information required by the customer which include as-built drawings, videos, & punch list.
• Maintain job files.
• Review subcontractor video, match and approve the invoices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor’s in construction management or related field preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in construction management
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Skilled collaborator

• Ability to multi-task effectively
