Job Overview A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 3‑5 years of experience to join their team in Bloomington, IL. The attorney will manage a docket of employment injury cases, working under the supervision of a partner and handling all aspects of litigation. Duties Manage litigation cases from investigation to trial and post-trial work. Conduct client meetings and maintain client contact. Engage in motion practice and discovery processes. Collaborate with a dedicated paralegal for case management. Participate in the firm’s community and philanthropic activities. Requirements 3‑5 years of litigation and trial experience. Proven hearing/trial industrial commission experience. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Strong research and communication skills. Willingness to travel up to 25%.
